MANUFACTURING INDONESIA 2025

In December 2025, Adelix, together with its partner QES, participated in the international industrial exhibition Manufacturing Indonesia 2025 — one of the key industry events in the region. The event brought together manufacturers, engineers, technical specialists, and company executives from around the world, providing a platform to showcase equipment and discuss real-world challenges, market requirements, and practical approaches to diagnostics and quality control. We sincerely thank all visitors to our booth for their interest and engaging professional discussions.

Within the framework of market support and as the official dealer of QES Indonesia, a range of Adelix industrial instruments was presented, applied in vibration diagnostics, non-destructive testing, quality control, and equipment maintenance.

The ADL-DU100 and ADL-DU110 hardness testers were demonstrated on various samples, confirming their high accuracy and excellent measurement consistency. In addition, the company specialists presented an updated version of the software for measurement processing and report generation, offering centralized data analysis, storage of calibrations and results, statistics and reporting, as well as secure data exchange between departments, contractors, and clients — enhancing process transparency and accelerating decision-making.

The ADL-MS52 and ADL-MS54pro series attracted particular attention from the industry, providing professional diagnostics, balancing, and laser alignment. These functions significantly optimize resources and enable efficient implementation and maintenance of equipment.

The compact ADL-M15 vibrometer drew strong interest due to its extended functionality and five ready-to-use modes: classic vibrometer for basic vibration parameters, vibroanalysis mode with spectrum and data storage, run-up/run-down for amplitude trend analysis, monitoring with periodic data collection, and route mode for point control with NFC identification. All results can be easily saved and analyzed in the software.

Among the exhibited instruments, a tool for measuring the thickness of paint and metal coatings was also presented. It demonstrated high accuracy and stable readings, an intuitive interface, and fast sensor response. Visitors also highlighted its versatility for different materials (Fe/NFe) and its demand in the automotive, shipbuilding, and mechanical engineering industries. The demonstration included an updated version of the software for enhanced data processing and analysis.

During the exhibition, practical cases were discussed: bearing monitoring, pump and fan diagnostics, weld and metal quality control, and integration of measurement instruments into maintenance systems. This format allowed a better understanding of real industrial needs and demonstrated how Adelix equipment is applied in everyday operations.

Presentations and training sessions were conducted on new software products, updated device software, and practical measurement methodologies. The program included demonstrations, real measurement examples, consultations, and recommendations for implementing equipment at enterprises.
